Cappadocian Kebab is a traditional variety from the Cappadocia region of modern Turkey, often served for tourists and also locally for special occasions thanks to its fun and unique serving style. This Kebab variety is also known as “Pottery Kebab”, “Clay Kebab” and “Terracotta Kebab”.
Designed to cleanly break during serving, allowing you to cap them off right on the table to make for an amazing visual. They can be reused many times if you decide to skip the capping step at serving. Add your own flair by pouring the dish out on a sizzling hot cast iron pan, bringing the pot on the table on a flaming bed of rock salt, or anything else that you may think of!
Includes two pieces, each sized for a single portion at 50 oz. (1.5 L)

Made from heat and fire resistant Cappadocian clay.
Unlike similar pottery cooking methods, such as tajine, our terracotta pots are unglazed, allowing water to be absorbed within the walls of the pot to prevent burning.
Perfect for setting aside in your barbecue to slow cook a side dish, or to put in an oven for more convenience.
Due to the nature of hand sieved clay and workmanship, each piece is unique, a slight variance in color and size could be expected.
Please take care to not use synthetic cleaning agents as they might be absorbed into the porous clay structure.
